We practise beforehand what you will live through afterwards: the appointment, the counter, the school meeting.

How it works
Three blocks of five hours
The first two blocks can be done online before you arrive in Spain. The third always takes place in Madrid.

Bank, lease, utilities, town hall registration, school and doctor: vocabulary and role-plays.

Customs and social life
Greetings, daily timings, invitations and the long chat after a meal. How to talk to neighbours and other families.

Is it suitable for my family?
Yes. It is also designed for spouses and children arriving in Madrid. Ask us how to arrange it for several people.
Can I start before I arrive in Spain?
Yes. The 10 hours of the first two blocks can be done online from your country. The guided outings take place in Madrid.
What does the WhatsApp support include?
For the 4 weeks, you can send your teacher quick questions: a word, a notice in your building’s entrance hall, or how to say something when dealing with an office.
