One-to-one lessons
Lesson packs
In person at Gran Vía 40 or live online. The more hours you book, the lower the price per hour.
- Valid for 3, 4, 8 or 20 weeks, depending on the pack.
- You can change or cancel a lesson free of charge with 24 hours’ notice. With less notice, the lesson is deducted from your pack.
- You can mix lessons in person and online.

Companies and organisations
Closed in-company groups
The price is per hour for the whole group and goes by bands: the more people, the less each one pays. Up to 12 people from the same organisation.

Rate for 3 to 5 people
With a 10-hour pack, the group pays per hour: 1 or 2 people, €75; 3 to 5 people, €95; 6 to 8 people, €115; 9 to 12 people, €135. With the 20- and 50-hour packs, the hourly rate drops by about 6% and 15%. Up to 12 people from the same organisation. Indicative price; the final proposal is sent in writing.

Questions about prices
Is there an enrolment fee or a book to buy?
No. The Institute only invoices the training you book: there are no registration, file-opening or materials fees. Materials are included.
How long do I have to use a pack?
The 5-hour pack is valid for 3 weeks, the 10-hour pack for 4, the 20-hour pack for 8 and the 50-hour pack for 20. This keeps your lessons at a steady pace.
What happens if I cancel a lesson?
With 24 hours’ notice, the lesson is moved free of charge. With less notice, it is deducted from your pack. For company groups, the notice period is 48 hours.
Can I get a refund?
Once the lessons have started, the remaining hours are not refundable, except in documented cases of force majeure.
Can you invoice the company or the embassy?
Yes. Send us the billing details and, if you need one, we will send you a pro forma invoice first.
